Pat was quick to respond and set up an inspection. His clear report and speedy scheduling allowed me to get my inspection in time to put in the best offer on my new home!
I'll be able to use his thorough report to address the small repairs and upgrades I'll need to make.
I wish I'd had this thorough of an inspection of my last house!
